Helicopter Collective Gear Drive

2020-12-15: I have updated a few things about the design 1: I added a sinkhole to the small gear, so a proper screw can be inserted below the magnet. The fiddly little pastlic pimple broke off whilst working on it today, so i decided to replace this with a rod/screw/anything i can find in my workshop with 3mm diameter. 2: I changed the sensorholder. 3: I added a fixture to the big gear to accept a 2.5mm set screw. May Cyanacrylate glue holds a few hours, but nothing better than a setscrew! 4: The main body lost it's pin. Those of you who had printed it out might have figured it out already, just drill it out and use a nail or something. The task at hand was to have a transmission drive to my helicopter collective joystick. It rotates just about 15 - 20 ° , which leaves very little resolution for the sensor to work with. I designed a transmission with a 1:4 ratio. higher would be better, but the gears need some size to work with a 3D printer. Printed with a direct drive extruder on the Artillery Sidewinder X1 v4 PLA @ 200°C Bed temp 60°C 100% infill
