This is a HeliCoil Insert, R-1185-12. It accepts a 3/4-10. The model's not exact, but it's the best I could do without the special tap for it or a drawing. If anyone has any info, I'm happy to update. I also took a guess at the tang, but I'm sure it's not quite right. Been a while since I did any thread repairs :)
