See "msruggles" version for modification of profile instructions. Helix angle is changed in the loft feature by rotating one profile versus another. Suppress the mirror feature to produce a helical gear. UPDATE: A bug existed in the second sketch of the lofted cut and other small oversights. My apologies if you were among the first to download this; it should be okay now. Please let me know if this works for you :D cheers. For those without Solidworks, I'd be happy to add more pre-made ones to the list. I would need Module, Pressure Angle, Angle offset, Number of Teeth, Thickness, and Center Hole Size. A screenshot of my export settings shows the quality of the STL files generated. As a side note, please don't make demands and try not to overwhelm me with requests.
