The illustrated design features two interlocking helical gears, accurately drawn with complete dimensions. Achieving 99% precision, I employed a swept boss and helix path to create the tooth profile. No interference issues were identified during the process. Additionally, an accompanying Excel file contains all necessary calculations in SI units.
