The original tail fin flew loose and pierced straight through the tail rotor, wrecking both beyond repair. This revised tail fin is securely fastened to the motor mount, so it can never break free from the tail rotor and cause a problem. This redesigned mount is compatible with the older reduction gear tail rotor from the original configuration. Some of the holes might require a bit of scraping because my measuring tools are not extremely precise. The part that attaches to the boom fits more snugly if wrapped in a tiny bit of tape.
