The HELCUT concept effectively combines a helical cutter with a digger, utilizing an opposing arrangement that greatly simplifies regolith removal. By directing the cut regolith towards the bucket's opening, a neatly stacked pile is formed, making it easy to collect. The equipment's overall weight is remarkably low due to its titanium construction, weighing less than 5kg. Its maximum fill volume ranges from approximately 20-30 liters, although results may vary slightly depending on the simulation software used.
