Covering heating tubes requires a cover that fits precisely. To ensure a snug fit, consider the distance between the tubes - 50mm is ideal. Two designs cater to tube diameters of 15mm and 17mm (check file names for specifications). The dovetail design guarantees a secure connection to prevent accidental disassembly when using a vacuum cleaner. If the cover pieces don't mate properly, try this workaround: prepare a cardboard insert with cutouts matching the pipe sizes. Place it beneath the lower piece, then press each connection until they're even. This technique helped me achieve a perfect fit between my parts.
