The Heinkel He.111 was a German bomber used by the Luftwaffe on numerous fronts in Europe during World War II. The collection features two models of historical re-enactments. Major Herbert Wittman's plane is one such model, which was part of the KG (Kampfgeschwader) 53 unit group. Based at Olsufjewo on the Southern Russian front, it served throughout summer 1943 and conducted low-altitude ground-strafing missions. The second model is a historical re-enactment of the coded J aircraft, also part of the KG (Kampfgeschwader) 53 unit group. Based at Seschtschinskaya in Russia, this plane was in service towards the end of 1942 and played a crucial role in transporting supplies to German forces at Stalingrad. The 3D models are prepared for use in games and are low-poly optimized. All materials required for PBR rendering are ready.
