Heinkel He-111 1:200 WIP

WIP on a Heinkel He-111, one of the early models, is underway towards a 1:200 version for Blood Red Skies (BRS). UPDATE (06/01/2020): Added full mesh version for easier resin printing. UPDATE: Added triangular insert to newer uploaded he-111-body sections but haven't had time to try test print yet. Also corrected scale - was using later he-111 version length, which was 18 meters long, but in fact this earlier H version should be 16.2 meters long. Fixed some mesh issues. Cut cockpit area from front so that it can be vertically printed for far better resolution. Still needs some of the cockpit area struts improving though. TODO: May consider cutting wings off so that they can be printed separately and body can be printed at better angle for side window resolution. Improve engine vents so they are fully printed at 1:200 scale - they currently only print front parts of exhaust pipes. Add holes into top and bottom turrets so that little piece of wire (paperclip?) can be added as gun. Consider adding torpedoes on underside for another version. Consider some clear discs to be mounted on spinners as 'moving' propellers. Consider a clear canopy for top gun turret. This would involve making base model without it and then printing canopy separately with clear filament. The photos are 'quick' printed at normal layer height (0.15mm) at 60mms with Meshmixer tree supports around engines. Took about 2 hours on my Ender 3. I'd recommend printing at 0.1mm or less at slower speed to bring out window detail more and reduce layering effect. The latest slice looks to take same time but at 0.1mm resolution, so will give it a print soon.
