This design is a 3D remix of a Heine Omega 500 Indirect BIO design from Zmujack&Zmujack (URL link below). Their design was remixed to standardize the transparency design most commonly used in the US, the 3Dverkstan 6 hole punch. This remix also allows non-well tuned printers to quickly print the shield in under 15 minutes, an improvement over the original design. This design has been validated to fit in PLA and PETG materials. It has been thoroughly tested by our clinic to fit when printed as designed.
