I collaborated with TheHivesMind at TheHivesMind on the original design, and I refined it, adding my own touches. This is my first 3D model creation, so I'm really pleased with how it turned out. Next step is getting it printed. There's a higher-poly-count version available that has a large file size of 53Mb, but I'm not sure if it's necessary beyond being fun or for display purposes, and that's what the JPGs are there for. Thanks again to TheHivesMind for the initial design. How I Created This Model I streamed the entire process on my Twitch account. Since this was my first time using Maya 2016 from Autodesk, there was a significant learning curve involved, but with the help of Google and YouTube, I was able to complete it successfully.
