Heigth Gauge

I can measure lengths ranging from 3mm to approximately 80mm. I use PLA filament, with a 33% infill rate, and I print with Brim support. Unfortunately, I have been unable to successfully print the Gauge or Fasteners with functional threads. Therefore, the Gauge1/Gauge2 and Fastener models are designed without threads. To create working threads on these parts, you will need a 10mm metric tap and die set for M10 nuts and bolts. You can then thread them by hand. To assemble the HeigthGauge, follow these steps: 1. Print Base.stl, Fastener.stl, and either Gauge1.stl or Gauge2.stl. 2. Use a 10mm tap/die to create threads on the gauge and fastener. 3. Print a printable ruler, such as http://www.vendian.org/mncharity/dir3/paper_rulers/UnstableURL/rules_cm_narrow_20cm.pdf, onto a sticker. 4. Cut and align the printed ruler on the Base using calipers. The HeigthGauge_Fusion.f3d file is the original design created in Fusion 360 CAD software.
