I required a trustworthy method to make relative measurements to set the height of the rails on my MPCNC and to set the horizontal axis on my 3D printer. By utilizing both the bubble level and the markings on the scale, you can achieve remarkably accurate relative measurements. The locking screw also enables you to lock the height and transfer measurements. I used it to hold my MPCNC rails in place while tightening the fixings. This device has been designed to accommodate a standard 1-inch wide adjustable square.
