Height adjustable router support for rotary tool
thingiverse
This adapter converts your rotary tool (e.g. Dremel) into an ultra-handy router. The inner thread of this adapter is fully compatible with most high-performance Dremel-like tools. Height adjustments can be easily made by turning the convenient knob. The adjustable mechanism's 2mm thread pitch means every half-turn raises the tool 1mm. Total lifting movement reaches up to 20mm depending on which machine you're using. I've put this adapter to the test with Bosch GRO 10,8 v and was very impressed. Initially, it didn't run smoothly due to excess print material, but after a while it started working properly on its own. For extra performance I also applied some silicone spray to the threads for lubrication. How I Made This This gadget was designed using Vertex G4 software.
