Height-adjustable pastry roll (rolling pin)

Adjustable large adjustable pastry roll up to 70cm wide with a diameter Ø58mm. Allows 5 different heights to spread the pasta with precision: 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. Drill the centre with a 10mm drill bit and screw on the brass nuts. Drill 2 holes on each side with a 5.5mm drill bit at 20mm from the center (see the template in the picture). Insert the hex head bolt into the part that will hold the screw. To finish, insert in each end of the foot the piece with the thickness of your choice and then screw to hold it in place.
