After printing numerous fan ducts and discovering that one is too short, causing it to lower the heat block temperature, and another is too long, resulting in a collision with the heatbed, I decided to create this device to make the radial fan height-adjustable for use with any fan duct. Assembly is quite straightforward: - Place a nut into each of the two shafts on the back piece; it won't get lost. - Counterbore the bore of the radial fan from the back side; the screw must fit flatly. - Secure the radial fan to the fan holder using washers and two nuts. - Connect the parts, but don't tighten the screws fully. - Install it on your printer, attach your preferred fan duct, adjust the height, then tighten the screws carefully (avoid overtightening, as the back part may break when overextended). Any suggestions or ideas? I'd love to see some pictures of your creation!
