Set of removable inserts for the board game Hegemony: Lead Your Class to Victory, including the Crisis & Control, and Historical Events expansions. Internal dimensions: 287.5 x 287.5 x 96mm IMPORTANT: I've had several reports of the insert being quite a tight fit in one dimension. Please accurately measure the internal dimensions of your box prior to printing. There seems to be quite a lot of variation in the manufacturing, with some reports of it not being quite square. I designed for 287.5 x 287.5 x 96mm, and I had just under 1mm spare on each side. If your box is exactly 287.5x287.5, then you might want to scale some of the tray in your slicer software to account for the difference. E.g. if you measure exactly 288.5mm, then I'd suggest scaling that axis by 99.65% to give you 287.5mm. I'd recommend printing a subset of the trays first so you can check the fit, e.g. both SmallCard_Tray1_x2.stl, GameTokens_Tray and StorageTiles_Tray. Those 4 trays placed end on end should fit exactly along both axes. It supports sleeved cards - premium thickness won't fit completely, so you may need to use thinner sleeves on decks that you don't often use - e.g. the AI decks, etc. I use Mayday standard sleeves (MDG7041 and MDG7039). The only thing I didn't have space for was the voting bag. This can be rolled up and stuffed down the edge of the player boards (there's about 29mm of space along the long edge). This also helps prevent the player boards from moving about. You can fill the rest of the space with some EVA foam cut to size. The insert fits with zero vertical space spare, so if you can secure the lid in place, then vertical storage would likely work. Print the dividers onto adhesive backed vinyl, and then stick them to some card. UPDATE: 2023-04-06 - Note that Hegemonic Project Games have published official dividers (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/hegemony/hegemony-lead-your-class-to-victory/posts/3777167) which I would guess you can use instead. UPDATE: 2023-04-20 - IMPORTANT - I've updated some of the trays to reduce the size of the original insert from 288x288mm to 287.5mm x 287.5mm. If you have already printed the original insert, you can get away with printing the trays maked as XYZ_V2.stl, as these are the ones where I've squeezed half a mm. I also made one of the walls of the large card trays 0.5mm thinner, which gives you a little bit of extra space for cards. UPDATE: 2023-04-21 - I have restored the original trays, so if you have a big enough box, you can still print for 288x288mm.
