Heewing T1 Ranger Parts
thingiverse
These are the printed parts I used in my T1 Ranger, which can be seen in the following videos: https://youtu.be/g_Sxbvhv4i8 https://youtu.be/9V_Y7VnYboc The front cover press fits in the top/front space where I have my pan servo, and covers the empty space around the servo with just enough room for the camera to poke through. The battery tray was made to mount in place of the provided wood tray, and functions much the same. However, I added a "stop" at the front and rear, so a 3S 18650 battery back sits nicely between them, and the strap included with the planes holds it in place so it can't move around. Adjust the position of the tray along the rails in the fuselage to adjust CG. Mounts with the screws included with the plane. The USB / GPS tray was remixed from one here on Thingiverse and adjusted to my needs. It rides on the spar, that is, the spar slips through it, and the tray can be lifted from the rear to access the flight controller below. The rear part friction fits inside the fuselage and sort of "snaps" into place, and will be held down by the rear section of the top hatch. There's a place to mount the remote USB/Buzzer board for a Matek F405-WSE at the front of the tray, with the USB port easily accessible. You need to trim a tiny bit of foam from the bottom of the rear hatch to clear the buzzer. There's just enough room at the back of the tray to mount a small GPS. I used a BN-220. The cutout in the center of the tray lets the wires pass through to the FC cleanly.
