This is a replication of the original plastic part at the bottom of the foam vertical stabilizer. I broke mine and the screw hold is snapped off. So I try my best remodeled the part manually. It is close enough to the original part. Source file attached. So you can make your own adjustment if somehow it doesn't fit.
