All-in-one sled to hold DJI HD O3 camera, air unit, and antenna in a Heewing Ranger T1. Basic Notes:Utilizes existing rails for mounting points.Air unit is mounted on standoffs to allow the coax cable to coil underneath, and provide additional airflow.Air unit mount requires four M1.6 x 10mm bolts to mount through factory case mounts.Sled mount requires four or six #2 x 3/8" coarse thread screws for wood rails. If using battery tray you'll need ten or twelve total.Antenna mount is press fit and includes a shoulder to protect wires from being pinched by antenna tube.Requires removal of original molded camera mount in fuselage nose for camera (see pics), and a small U shaped indentation around top of the antenna mast.The sled is a two piece design that includes a second spacer block to properly align with mounting rails.Oval slot at rear of sled acts as an optional strain relief for air unit wiring, but makes installing and removing plug more difficult.There is an optional battery mount that matches the height of the camera sled so that when using long batteries the battery can overlap the camera mount.It is suggested that if installing in a VTOL PNP version that the GPS is relocated to the rear of the fuselage and the front accessory location is used as an air intake duct.Good luck and happy flying!
