Based on an universal airframe design concept, the Heavy VTOL gunship - also known as Luftpanzer - was specifically crafted for ground assault missions against fortifications, infrastructure, and in orbital combat scenarios, capital ships. Equipped with a crew of 2 and a compact living quarters that offer decent human comfort, this aircraft can maintain extended flights without carrier support, significantly reducing logistical needs for a combat fleet while maintaining firepower. Thanks to its roots in the universal airframe concept, the gunship can be easily reconfigured into a cargo ship or bomber by swapping out the railgun module. It's even feasible to convert this aircraft into a small carrier capable of deploying parasite fighters or attack drones. The airframe's versatility has earned it well-deserved popularity among PMCs and mercenaries.
