Heavy Siege Tank Reworked

I began crafting the Heavy Siege Tank, but my Vertex Delta printer's unheated bed led to poorly printed tracks, so I made adjustments to the design, then decided to optimize it further by rotating the cannon to eliminate supports, and before long, I found myself experimenting with additional features, losing focus on the original vision. Ultimately, nearly every aspect of the tank was revised, details rebuilt, playability enhanced, and variety introduced. Approximately 90% of the design is new, with only the tracks and twin cannon retaining their original shape.
