HEAVY enclosure rostock max V3 codename: Triangle
thingiverse
Sorry for my bad English. The project aims to develop a robust enclosure system that enables printing ABS with improved efficiency and flexibility, transforming the Rostock MaxV3 into a more streamlined design. Three configurations are proposed for this enclosure: light and heavy versions. For optimal results, I suggest using a 0.8 nozzle, as printing with a 0.4 nozzle can be extremely time-consuming when working with large parts. For the heavy version, you have two options: 1. Print six complete angles simultaneously, but this requires exceptional skill in printing (three "heavy version up" and three "heavy version down"). 2. Alternatively, print each angle individually: for the top angle, print three "part 1," three "part 2," and three "part bis"; for the bottom angle, print three "part 3," three "part 1," and three "part bis." Gluing at assembly is recommended; I personally use ABS juice. For the vertical section print: * Print three "door" pieces and six "door 2" pieces. * Print three "door 3" pieces. Non-printing parts required include: * Three acrylics measuring 70x28x0.5 centimeters * Three acrylics measuring 72.4x14.4x0.8 centimeters * Twelve bolts and nuts for the door system * Three metal rods for the door system * Six magnets to attach to "doors 3" * Six small pieces of metal to magnetize the doors Additionally, you will need: * Twelve bolts and nuts to secure the angle of the frame of the RMV3 * I apologize for not recalling the exact size of these bolts and nuts. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to send me a message. If you appreciate my project, consider showing your support through a tip. Enjoy your prints!
