I crafted my own spool holder, inspired by Kpafuca's design. It needed to be incredibly sturdy, so I created this model that allows you to remove the spool tube without any trembling parts. The holder features numerous bolts and one that connects to the printer's shell for a more stable experience. Please note: This spool holder is a substantial object, requiring approximately 180-250 grams of filament to print. I printed it at 0.2mm thickness, but you may also consider using 0.3mm height with 15% infill for optimal results. To assemble the spool holder, you will need a file to create holes for the bolts. I used 5.30mm diameter holes to secure the bolts in place, but you can screw them in if preferred. The design should work seamlessly. I created this spool holder specifically for my CTC printer, but I believe it should be compatible with most Replicator Dual printers featuring a wood shell. If there are any differences in dimensions, please let me know so I can make the necessary adjustments. Here's a list of parts needed to print the spool holder: * Bolts: + 4pcs M5 x 25mm (2 bolts for each side) + 2pcs M5 x 30mm (for the middle part) + 2pcs M5 x 40mm (for the front bar) + 1pc M3 x 20mm (to connect to the printer's shell) The left and right parts are identical, except for the second spool base part, which is the internal base that requires printing twice. You can use Kpafuca's tube design for the spool holder. I'm planning to post a double spool holder with similar pieces soon, as well as a lighter version of this design.
