Inspired by Kpafuca, I designed my own spool holder and needed something incredibly sturdy so I created this. You can remove the spool tube without worrying about parts shaking around. It has multiple bolts and one to connect with the printer shell for an even more stable experience. Disclaimer: This is a large object, and in order to make it, you'll need approximately 180-250 grams of filament. I printed mine at 0.2mm height, but it should also work well at 0.3mm, and I suggest a 15% infill setting. You'll need a file to create the holes. For the bolts, I used 5.30mm diameter holes to secure them in place, or you can screw them in if you prefer. It works either way. I made this spool holder for my CTC printer, but it should work with every Replicator Dual with a wood shell - unless there are differences in dimensions, in which case please let me know. Other parts needed: Bolts: - 4 PCS M5 x 25mm (back part: 2 bolts per side) - 2 PCS M5 x 30mm (middle part) - 2 PCS M5 x 40mm (for the front bar) - 1 PCS M3 x 20mm (to connect the printer to one of the prearranged holes for standard PTFE tubes) The left and right parts are different, except for the second spool base part which is the internal base. You'll need to print this twice. For the tube, you can use the one from Kpafuca. I'll be posting a double spool holder soon with similar pieces, as well as a lighter version.
