Unlike standard vertical or horizontal jalousies, roller blinds can exert substantial strain on a cord, causing stock holders that stick to malfunction significantly. I have a white roller blind that lets in zero light, but the major drawback is its considerable weight - rendering the stock holder completely useless. This design should address this issue. If you succeed in obtaining a different type of wire, simply modify the relevant parameters within the SCAD file.
