This is largely a playful gesture. The box is remarkably compact, with interior dimensions of 30x30x75mm. The hinge pin holes are carefully designed at 2.2mm in anticipation of using a piece of 14ga (2mm) bicycle spoke as a hinge pin. I successfully printed a test version of this in ABS plastic and it turned out mostly well-constructed, although my print could have benefited from additional and more effective supports around the flange area to enhance its appearance.
