This design is flexible enough to accommodate any mirror or screw size you prefer. Check out the link below for the code that makes it possible.\r\n\r\nThe included OBJ file was created when I installed a 3x5' mirror vertically on a rough cinder block surface. To support its weight, keep it in place, and prevent vibrations from occurring when weights are dropped, I used six clips altogether. Two were placed at the top and bottom (about 3" from the ends), while one was put on each side (right in the middle). The clips included a slight standoff to make up for the poor mortar job that sticks out beyond the wall up to 1/4" in some areas.\r\n\r\nBefore I remodeled, I had a similar mirror mounted on plywood (for the standoff) screwed into the block and held with standard clear plastic clips. It ratted all the time though, so I ended up shimming it with newspaper to remove the vibrations. That mirror broke when taking it out of the gym, which was a major disappointment after seven years of dedication.\r\n\r\nAs it turned out, my gains were pretty mediocre for almost two years until I finally got around to publishing the files. My notes say I printed this design with support, 50% infill, and a slightly thicker wall thickness (5 layers) because the plastic was cheap and the mirror wasn't, so better safe than sorry. It has held up great, with no vibrations whatsoever.\r\n\r\nIf you're curious, here is the mirror: [https://www.homedepot.com/p/Glacier-Bay-36-in-W-x-60-in-L-Polished-Edge-Bath-Mirror-81178/205513132](https://www.homedepot.com/p/Glacier-Bay-36-in-W-x-60-in-L-Polished-Edge-Bath-Mirror-81178/205513132). I have no idea why Home Depot categorized it as a "bath" mirror. It clearly belongs in the gym.\r\n\r\nThis object was designed using Python, FreeCAD, and CadQuery so the [code and additional documentation can be found here](https://github.com/swolebro/caddyshack).\r\n\r\nHere's a link to the code that made these files specifically: [https://github.com/swolebro/caddyshack/tree/5e92a57f3f4442845cf9fb842bd7152e9568a03b/scripts/gym](https://github.com/swolebro/caddyshack/tree/5e92a57f3f4442845cf9fb842bd7152e9568a03b/scripts/gym).
