Heavy Duty Furnace Vent Cover

I'm making a beefier version of the flimsy plastic furnace vent cover you can find at your local hardware store. The furnace vent cover at my front door keeps breaking every time someone walks on it. I didn't want to spend another eight bucks on a new cover from the store that would only last two or three months, so I decided to see if I could design a more durable one. This cover is designed for vents that are approximately 300mm x 55mm, but it's easy to scale up or down to fit different sizes. I jumped all over it and tried to bend it, and it's much stronger than the cheap plastic covers you buy at the store (at least the ones I usually get). Because of its length (~340mm), I had to print it in one piece vertically. It would have been smarter to print it in two halves and glue them together - that would save a lot of plastic and time because of the supports needed for the vent holes.
