Heavy duty E3D-v6 mounting bracket for Creality CR-10 created to provide extra strength compared to existing options. Designed to mount securely with three screws and clamp around the top of the plate for enhanced support, also featuring a tie-wrap pillar for efficient cable management. This design positions the nozzle approximately at the same level along the z-axis as the stock hotend, eliminating the need for adjustments to the z home micro-switch. However, bed leveling will still be necessary. The bracket features two generic mounting points on each side, allowing users to create custom parts such as probe mounts and cooling fans. STL and STEP files are provided for mating parts of these mounts, which offer a vertical adjustment of approximately 4mm and guide rails for accurate orientation. Although dual cooling fan mounts were experimented with, they proved functionally inadequate and have not been included. EZABL mount options are available in left or right-hand configurations, despite the absence of an EZABL probe, which was used as a reference for size and position. Required hardware includes: 2x M3x30 screws 2x M3 nyloc nuts The existing screws from the stock hotend and fan cover can be reused; however, they are weak and prone to stripping. It is recommended to use alternative screws in this case, requiring: 2x M3x6 screws 1x M3x20 screw Mounts on either side will necessitate additional components: 1x M3 nyloc nut 1x M3x12 screw Printing instructions: No supports are needed; simply print the parts as they are oriented in the STL files.
