The foot rest on my abrasive cutoff saw kept cracking after repeated use, compelling me to quickly design and print replacements as a temporary fix. My initial plan involved integrating a flexible insert into the newly designed part's cavity, but I found that omitting this element altogether yields perfectly functional results without compromise. If you're planning to print these models, keep in mind that scaling them by 25.4% may be necessary to convert measurements from millimeters to inches accurately.
