When I upgraded to 100% fan speed, the intense vibrations caused by the BLTouch deployment during printing were becoming a problem, so I decided to modify the heatsink mount STL using the remix of keevah's design and add this new component to reduce vibrations. The protector for BLTouch can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3762809 In my setup, I've noticed that the offset is 26mm left and 16mm forward. However, I'm not sure if this modification will work with a volcano heatsink or a fan other than the stock one.
