We produce FDM Custom machines and we'd need good heavy duty belt tensioners on X and Y for our reinforced belts. Commonly you find small tensioners very easy to break on Thingiverse, so we designed our "strong" version, provided with 2 screws to keep the tensioner working without break apart (as usual). You can find two versions, for 6mm belts and 9mm belts. You just need M3 bolt and screw and two 2,5mm self tapping screws as you can see in the pictures. Print the set and flip the small puller to hang the belt on. All the best from ITALY!
