I've created a new metal clip for my work bag to replace the old ones that broke off due to excessive weight from all the gear I carry. My strap is approximately 37mm wide and necessitates a 50mm M4 screw along with an M4 nut, accommodating both regular and lock nuts. This custom clip was produced using PETG material with a 40% cubic infill setting and three perimeter walls.
