Heavier bowl holder

This is a sturdier design than my previous Bowl Holder, built with a heavier frame to withstand bumpy rides down the road. The overall design remains essentially the same, but it's been reinforced for added durability. Additional details about the recommended type of bowl can be found in file 2770339. Note that some print waste was unavoidable due to issues with my printer printing proper support for the bottom latch mechanism.
