The Heaven Sword from Chinese drama "Heaven Sword and Dragon Sabre" can be crafted into a letter opener by following these steps: scale and rotate the model as needed, print it twice, apply color if desired, then glue the halves together; details and photos are available on my blog at http://www.thekingsofthings.com/2013/07/heaven-sword.html.
