Heatsink to Fan Spacer for Replicator 2 Clones

This is a straightforward, easy-to-print filler that goes between the heatsink and the fan for the extruder/feeder unit. It replaces the two standard 9mm x 6mm round fillers originally used at the factory. I created this because I was fed up with those tiny round fillers rolling down into the electronics below the printer's bottom plate. This filler doesn't roll easily.
