I required a simple method to cut various sizes of heat shrink tubing into precise lengths. An adjustable fence capable of reaching up to 50mm, with holes for sleeving up to 10mm diameter. Print Settings Printer: Delta Printer Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 60% Notes: My Print Settings 60% infill 0.2mm layers 3 perimeters 5 solid top and bottom layers To manufacture this device, you will need two springs with a length of 15mm. Additionally, you will require two M5 screws, M5x40mm being ideal for use with 15mm springs. You will also need a Stanley knife blade. Upon completion of the print, insert the blade into the base and then push the blade holder onto the top of the blade. This should be a snug fit. Two holes in the base require tapping with an M5 thread, allowing the insertion of screws. Securely attach the screws to the blade holder. Insert the springs, followed by securing the assembly down to the base using the screws, carefully ensuring that the edge of the blade is fully contained within its body. The fence requires a tap to an M3 thread and may be locked in place using an M3x6mm screw.
