This is a mold for round dampers measuring 22mm x 15mm with a 4mm hole. These can be used by many printers under the heating bed as an alternative to springs, eliminating the need for constant readjustment due to spring wear and tear. Printed out, it fits together tightly. After casting and hardening of the mold, the lower part can be carefully levered up with a knife and the dampers removed completely. Then simply wipe off any excess silicone and the mold is ready for further use. Printing time was approximately one hour per part.
