Heathkit Hero Robot Wrist Connection - Tighter Fit

Heathkit Hero Robot Wrist Connection - Tighter Fit

thingiverse

This is a revised version of the wrist connection section contributed by the Swindon Makerspace for the Heathkit Hero Robot. I discovered their component did not fit snugly on the arm tube of my Hero, so I made some adjustments to the design. Modifications include: * I narrowed down the diameter of the central hole to achieve a tighter grip on the robot's arm. * I incorporated small holes above each nut slot. These allow for easier relocation of the nuts during screw installation and enable complete ejection of the nuts if necessary. * I added a chamfer to the bottom of each nut slot. This feature addresses an issue that can arise when your printer produces uneven first layers, causing the slots in this component to become clogged and making it challenging to install the nuts.
