Heater replacement leg(s)
thingiverse
My heater had been missing a leg for ages, driving me absolutely crazy when it wouldn't stand upright properly. So here's my solution: Print Settings Printer: DIY Mendel90 (Nevex) Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 15% rectilinear How I Designed This I took the existing leg out of my heater and snapped a photo from above, tracing its outline in Solidworks and scaling it to fit exactly. Next, I measured everything carefully with a caliper and drew all the other details accordingly. After finalizing the design, I created a mirrored copy in Solidworks so the new leg would fit perfectly in place - that's because some hinges are only on one side of their slots.
