Heater Register Supplemental Fan System

thingiverse

A supplemental thermostatically-controlled quiet fan system designed to supplement a forced air system which uses floor-mounted registers to deliver both heated and cooled air. Provision for the use of 140mm and 120mm fans such as are found in computer systems as well as for variable height and direction of airflow are included through optional parts and arrangement of parts. Printing: Standard STL files for all the parts are provided. The photos portray an implementation in three different configurations, one consisting of a simple dual fan arrangement and another employing a dual fan ducted riser system to move cold air higher in a room and a third showing the directional nozzle system. All parts shown were printed on a Sovol SV01 using Black or White PLA at 200C nozzle and 60C bed temps.
