To resolve my warping problem, I ordered a heater from Omega (www.omega.com) and used a thermocouple (Model No. 5TC-GG-J-24-36 - $33.00), temperature meter with alarm (Model No. DP7001 - $83.00), and flexible heater (Model No. KH-808/10-P - $74.00) found on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4772). Additionally, I purchased a power supply cable from a local hardware store to complete my setup.
