Heated polycarbonate 3d printer enclosure

Simple Enclosure for My Brenda 3D Printer. This enclosure should work for other printers as well. It was designed to house a Brenda 3D printer, but it could be adapted for use with other models. Printed Parts: - Drill Help: The hole is located closer to the edge (2.5mm), allowing the round edge of the extrusions to remain visible. - Door Parts - LCD Holder: It doesn't fit perfectly, but it was good enough for me. - IEC Holder - ATX Board: You can use the board from Static Boards at https://www.staticboards.es/productos/atxboard/. However, I would advise against using the provided solution due to its high crimp. Instead, consider using a Seasonic SFX 350W PSU. Things to Buy: - Polycarbonate: I found mine pre-cut at a good price on Kunststofplatenshop.be. You'll need 5mm polycarbonate, but if you were to do it again, you might want to try with less (the doors should be 5). The weight of the 5mm material is a bit much. - Extrusions and accessories: You can find these on Motedis.com: + Profile 20-I-Type slot 5 mechanical maker packs + Bracket Alu-elox 20x20 + T-nut with spring ball and guidance for I-Type slot 5-M5 + T-Nut with spring ball without guidance for I-Type slot 5 + Hinge aluminium exterior single hinge half + Bolt for internal-exterior hinge-aluminium - Screws: These are available from Rsonline in stainless steel. - Heaters: You can find these on Rsonline as well. They are 15W each and come with a voltage rating of 220V. Important Warning: The heaters are 220-volt devices, so make sure to earth the enclosure using aluminium squares, as polycarbonate is not conductive. Using Wago or similar connectors should be safe.
