This is a DIY guide to creating a simple heated dry-box for your 3D printing filament that you can use while 3D printing. For an overview of the build and video details, please visit my Blog post here: https://richrap.blogspot.com/2018/02/diy-heated-drybox-for-3d-printing.html. Bonus Device: I've also invented a device for monitoring filament coils in Zip-Lock-Bags - check out the SpoolCheck sensor. Watch the video at https://youtu.be/RvTTQqqWIWA. To measure temperature and humidity, simply search eBay for 'Mini LCD Celsius Digital Thermometer Hygrometer Temperature Humidity Meter Gauge'. The main heating component I used is a flexible reptile heater, available on eBay for just a few USD - search for '15*28CM Adjustable Temperature Reptile Heating Heater Mat'. If you decide to make one, please let me know.
