To avoid sensor wire breakage on my heated build platform, I replaced the original wires with Cat6 cables (using 2 pairs for power pins), secured them with a tie wrap and support, printed a support structure, and screwed it into a wood base. Finally, connected the other end of the Cat6 cable to the control board.
