Heated Build Platform in 6mm Al

To increase reliability of my ToM printer, I designed a 6mm thick Heated Build Platform (HBP) that addresses issues such as failed prints and warped PCBs. Crafted from aluminum plate and measuring 120x120mm, the platform features countersunk holes on both sides for 6x M3 machine screws and filleted edges. The platform is easy to install over the HBP PCB and can be used as the base of a new ABP in future projects. However, note that you will need M3 bolts (not included) and may need to enlarge countersinks for flush installation. Before printing, clean Al surface with alcohol and Kapton/PET/Painter's tape-covered HBP surface with acetone to ensure optimal adhesion of ABS.
