Heated Bed Thermistor Shroud - Glass Mount
thingiverse
This cover secures a thermistor onto a glass surface, providing accurate bed temperature readings by shielding it from ambient air, fans, and physical damage. Print at 0.3 layer height or smaller for optimal results. Insert the thermistor leads through the shroud from below, then place the sensor in its designated hole. Secure the cover against the glass using a binder clip, and enhance accuracy by applying thermal paste beneath the shroud. For 100k thermistors with insulated leads on one side, no adjustments are needed; however, if using honeywell-style thermistors with leads on opposite sides, rotate the cutout in the scad file by 90 degrees.
