Heated Bed Glass Holder
thingiverse
Never thought bulldog clips were a good idea for holding my heated bed, losing around 10-15mm of print area because of them was frustrating enough, and after adding a fan shroud I had a few close calls where the duct ends got caught in the clips while printing the first layer. The ones available around here didn't fit my bed, since my glass is longer on one side (200mm x 214mm), so I decided to make my own. Update 1(8/14/16): The originals I uploaded were a bit too small on the sides and the glass moves around a bit when printing. I remade them in SCAD, now you can customize it to fit your bed with ease. Just run the Customizer App and play around with the settings until you get it right and your bed is held down tight. Update 2(8/14/16): I took out the STL since the default settings in Customizer will generate the exact thing I uploaded, which might not fit your bed perfectly, so I don't want you to print something that doesn't work quite well. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: Print slow and not too hot or you'll get some deformation. How It Was Designed Designed it using Autodesk Fusion 360. Then remade in OpenSCAD to use with the Customizer App.
