I redesigned the bed stabilizers from xyzaxis with improved ease of installation in mind. After successfully printing and installing their original design, I discovered that the two-piece units presented a challenge during setup. To simplify this process, I created a single-clip version that addresses these issues. These custom-designed clips fit my Wanhao i3 Plus printer flawlessly, requiring just a gentle push to secure them in place. Once installed, simply follow standard procedures for attaching screws and springs. The clip effectively stabilizes the spring while providing additional pressure, which can be beneficial if you encounter loose corners. Yes, printing with PLA is definitely an option - these clips won't interfere with the heated bed area. After thorough testing and implementation on my printer, I'm confident in their effectiveness and recommend giving them a try.
